Billy serves the WS Wellons Companies as the President of Wellco Contractors and is the Principal Officer of WS Wellons Realty.
He brings over 35 years' experience in property management, land development, rental management, residential and commercial construction.
Billy supports and gives back to the community having served as a past President of the Fayetteville Home Builders Association. He is a past Chairman of the Cumberland County Tourism Development Authority. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of BB&T, and he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fayetteville Technical Community College. Other community activism includes the Spring Lake Economic Development Committee, Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Spring Lake Chamber of Commerce.
W.S. Wellons Realty recently welcomed Jeremy Seeland to the team. Jeremy serves as Manager of WS Wellons Realty Rental division, overseeing Operations, Control, and Physical Property Oversight of Real Estate Rental Properties.
Jeremy served in the US Army and lives in Fayetteville with his wife and son.
Monica is the on-premise Rental Agent at the Spring lake, NC office. Monica tracks the occupancy and availability of the rental homes and apartments. She prepares rental forms and assists Residents with status of rent payments and communicates delinquency rates. Monica is familiar with all of the WS Wellons residential rentals and is always happy to assist.
